If those are individual LEDs in there, I wonder if you could hack into it and make a message scroll across there like one of those mini-message boards you see at gas stations, 7-11s, and nail parlors. “Back Off!” for tailgaiters, “Turn on lights!” for those who can’t seem to remember on their own. “What’s that clickin’ noise?” for those who have never heard Henry Cho.
